We have stayed at Best Western Plus Coco Palu many times over the years, and it continues to be our number one choice whenever we visit Palu. The hotel has always maintained such a high standard in every way. The staff are incredibly professional, welcoming, and friendly, and they always greet you with a smile from the moment you arrive until the day you depart. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, and they truly go above and beyond to make every stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, the facilities are excellent, and the location is perfect. After so many stays, this hotel genuinely feels like our home away from home. The hotel hallway on the 8th floor has a foul odor, sorry, it smells like a sewer. Management is requesting a solution immediately. That's the only thing that needs to be fixed; it's perfect for a family staycation in the city.
