I recently stayed at The Regency Hotel Hatyai for the first time. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the famous Lee Garden night market area—just a short walk (less than one minute) to the market and around 10 minutes to Kim Yong Market. The room was comfortable for both me and my wife. It came equipped with a mini fridge and complimentary bottled water. Wi-Fi connectivity was strong throughout our stay. If you're driving, the hotel provides ample parking space, which was a big plus. Finding halal food was easy. There’s a nearby restaurant called Hamid Restaurant that serves delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. For under RM150 per night, I believe it offers great value for money. Thank you, Regency Hotel!

When you enter the lobby smells musty..the worst thing is when you enter the room smells more musty and the bed a lot of bugs .so itchy..location wise is accessible ..Wi-Fi not working😂...Hope they will do Something about it!

Strategic location to stay in Hatyai.

My stay at Hotel Regency in Hat Yai was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and professional service. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. The location is excellent—right in the city center, just a short walk to local markets, shopping malls, and delicious street food. It's incredibly convenient for both leisure and business travelers. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all the amenities I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept like a baby. Housekeeping kept everything spotless throughout my stay. Overall, Hotel Regency exceeded my expectations in every way. Excellent service, great location, and very comfortable rooms. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!
