The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, the soundproofing was average, and since it's located in an alley, you have to request a Grab ride to the location for it to work properly. Overall, it was acceptable.

Although located in an alley, cars can access the hotel, though many drivers may refuse entry. There are many convenience stores and restaurants around the hotel, and several shops selling good food and drinks. For this price range, the hotel is quite decent; it's old but clean, although there were mosquitoes during my stay. It seems the hotel allows smoking in the rooms; I rented two rooms for two different nights, both had ashtrays (even though I chose non-smoking rooms), and one room still smelled of cigarette smoke. The bathroom partitions vary in size, providing some privacy and others some opaque. For some reason, the bidet is located on the left side; I assume most Vietnamese people are right-handed.

The rooms are great and affordable, everyone here is very helpful, and the hotel has parking, which is very convenient for booking a car.

Good service, enthusiastic staff, timely and quick support. The location is very nice, right behind the Institute of Mathematics leading to Lang Pagoda, big road, beautiful restaurant, delicious food.. The room is relatively basic, the facilities are just enough, not too wow but because of the short business trip, only coming back to sleep at night, so it is not a big problem.

Took the baby to be examined at the National Children's Hospital. I rented a room near the hospital but the room was so dirty that I couldn't live in it. Luckily, a woman with a child went to see a doctor and introduced her to Milan. The room was clean, the food was convenient, and it was also close to the hospital.

My flight was reschedule to earlier time so I reached the hotel early. At the time of check in they did not mention any extra fees for earlier check in but next day during check out they asked to be paid more money. Also, I understand if there is an issue with early check in when the rooms are not available but the room was already empty and ready with no guest waiting to move out. No idea why they had issue checking me in little earlier. Also the room is very small and congested.
