The hotel is spacious, cool, and clean! I had a wonderful experience here! Absolutely fantastic. The price is great. It's very convenient for families.

This is an old hotel, recently renovated and beautifully decorated, in a central and convenient location. The rooms aren't too big but are neat, clean, and quiet.

The facilities in the room were very old, especially the toilet.

During the recent New Year's Day holiday in 2026, my family and a friend's family stayed in two rooms for one day and one night at Van Hoa Hotel, located at 171 Tran Phu Street, Hoa Lu Ward, Ninh Binh. The rooms were clean and airy, the reception staff were attentive, and the price was reasonable for us. Next time I need accommodation in Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, I will definitely book at Van Hoa Hotel again.

I arrived at the hotel at 7pm, the staff at the reception desk sat talking on the phone and made me wait for quite a long time. It really affected my experience and schedule.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a nice view. The room is fully equipped, and the price of 500k is great with a view like that, convenient for traveling.

At first, I was skeptical when I read the reviews, but who would have thought it would happen to my team. I booked 2 rooms, 1 room was ok but the other room's air conditioner was broken or something, it took a long time to turn it on and it wasn't cool, the fan was broken. My team reported to the receptionist and got a room change, but the changed room was exactly the same :) the air conditioner was still not cool at all. We couldn't sleep so we had to go to the other room to sleep. Luckily we only booked 1 night, probably won't happen again. I hope the hotel will take note of comments like that to improve the service!

The worst hotel in the world! The view is beautiful but the staff attitude and service are unacceptable. The hair dryer doesn't work, the sink is clogged. The door is broken. Everything is bad except the night security guard. I advise everyone not to rent this place if you don't want to get upset 👍🏻

The room's air conditioner was broken. I went out on a day when Ninh Binh had 39.1 degrees and the air conditioner broke in the middle of the night. I called both phone numbers on the card but they didn't work. I went down to find the receptionist but there was no one there. If you go during the hot season, you really need to check the air conditioner carefully.

At first I booked a very cheap price but I didn't think the room quality would be so good, there is also a restaurant for eating and drinking which is very convenient and the price is reasonable. There is also a breakfast buffet. The accommodation is also very close to Hoa Lu ancient town, next time I will still choose a room here.

Oh, the price is cheap but the amenities are unbearably luxurious. If I come back to NB, I will definitely stay here. Motorbike rental prices are also cheap compared to the general level. 10 points no buts.
