The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and fragrant, it's a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

The check-in process is via machine. The process was easy, but for us it was a bit difficult at first to check in because we were rushing. For anyone who wants to stay at this hotel and needs to check in using the machine, your booking ID is 'itenary ID'. Thanks to me later ☺. The room is very comfortable. We got the booth opposite the water dispenser. Iron and iron board are in the hotel lobby. Overall okay but unfortunately there are no grocery stores or food stalls around the area. You can try ordering using the app.

The check-in & check-out were easy. The room was okay. The bed was comfortable.

Price overnight is cheapest among all hotel around kota kemuning. However the pillow is already overused and not in good shape. It caused shoulder pain when woke up. They should change to new.

Very affordable , clean and comfortable

I love the top floor facing the street room. Huge window glass top to bottom. Almost 180 degree glass. Unfortunately I happen to left my earphone in the room call them later after check out they said they'll get back to me but they never did. Chances to get it back is slim but at least can just call me for the sake of being polite.

The interior hotel is so cute & nice. The room hotel is super clean. The room is spacious for 2 people. Muslim friendly, have kiblat sign. Love the shower, love the bed. The parking is available at the premis, but you must pay for the parking during office hour. The hotel provided free water dispenser at each floor & cups in the hotel room. Superb.The soap dispenser in the toilet is broken. It kept dispense the soap,making the toilet floor slippery. they did not provide enough hanger. Only 1 hanger available in the room. I hope the hotel will provide more hanger. Overall I am satisfied with the stay & effeminately will book again in the future

The floor was sticky. The room stated no smoking but when I come in, there's a strong smell of smoking.

Room 203 dates 30/5 floors are sticky. Everything else is okay.

Water was cut off by syabas. But the hotel was not standby for its water. Lasted for half a day. No contingency plan for hotel guests. Not apologetic to guests.

Flooded flooring, tiled wall paint, dirty and dusty sofas, maybe supposed to provide toiletries and coffee at least because it feels 'empty' only mineral water is provided. Tq.

Deluxe rooms even take a deluxe. No ventilation. isolated area.
