งบไว้ที่ราคายังอยู่ในเกณฑ์ 300+ แต่หาห้องที่ดีหน่อย สะอาด และมีตู้เย็นที่ไม่ใช่มินิ คือ ยากมากๆๆ บางที่ไม่มีตู้เย็นให้เลย เจอทอฝันคือ ใช่ ในราคานี้ สะอาด ไม่เก่าเกินไป ไม่เหม็นอับ มีตู้เย็นใหญ่พอจะจุของเยอะๆ มีที่จอดรถส่วนตัว และสงบ อาจจะเข้าซอกซอยลึกหน่อย แต่พอใจค่ะ
