Thank you Samara.. All the hotel staff starting from the security guard, then the gentleman at the front, the receptionist, in the dining area, at the pool, everyone is friendly and kind... Next staycation there again... Thank you very much..

The hotel staff is friendly, the food is delicious, the location is strategic, the swimming pool is clean, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the balcony is a bit dusty but needs to be swept first.

A very suitable hotel for a family vacation, the staff is friendly and always greets you. The hotel is clean and luxurious. There are also directions inside so you don't have to worry about where to go. The room is clean and fragrant, the bathroom is also very clean, the water is hot. The food tastes great, just right for my taste, so I eat it with gusto. During my stay, I received a birthday cake... Thank you, I felt happy, appreciated and cared for. Next time I will stay here again.

I was very happy to stay at Samara for 3 nights. It had mountain views, was close to everything, and had a delicious breakfast. Oh, and there's a playground for the kids, too. Unfortunately, the toilet didn't have a shower jet. Overall, it was a good experience.

My first impression upon arriving at this hotel was the incredibly calming vibe... I wanted to stay here for a long time. The staff were also very friendly. While waiting to check in, I was able to enjoy the hotel facilities, so the kids wouldn't get bored. The swimming pool, although not large, had a really nice atmosphere. And while the kids were swimming, we could also order delicious food at the restaurant. Oh yeah, it's also just a short walk to Batu Mall, so it was really nice to stay here 😍 Keep up the good work, Samara Hotel, I'll definitely be back soon!
