The staff speaks English, it is good for the price. It's just that during midnight, it is not that close to open food stalls or Seven-Eleven unlike the other hotels just across the intersection. Looked like an old hotel but overall is very good if you want to stay for 1-2 nights.

Check in at night, there is almost no parking space, have to park outside and walk into the hotel. The floor is wet, like the room has just been used. There are no towels in the room, have to ask for them from the staff.

Very disappointed with this stay. Low service from the beginning of check-in. Got the room, when trying to take a shower, the water didn't run. The phone in the room didn't work. Had to use mobile phone to call the accommodation myself. Reported but no follow-up. Had to go down to check myself. When leaving, the water still didn't run. Had to move rooms, but it was inconvenient because the large luggage had already been opened. And it was midnight. Very tired and sleepy. Had to go downstairs to poop. So the technician offered to give us the key to the next room to take a shower in that room instead. It felt more like staying in a hostel or going to a camp. Until the morning, the water still didn't run. Had to rush to the airport. Had to carry my stuff to take a shower in the next room again. After checking out, the staff didn't say thank you or even apologize for the inconvenience. The water didn't run as much as an apology. Just that one word made it seem like they really tried to fix it.

If you like a room with an outside view, I highly recommend this. The location is great, with restaurants, shops, a small community fresh market nearby, and a vegetarian restaurant in front of the hotel.

I have stayed at HKP2 for many times before. They have a very friendly and efficient service team and quickly replaced the shower head and fixed the toilet. I also like the hotel location, very near CMU and Monday farm market. The Changkian lane is very alive and convenient for daily needs. See you next time, HKP2!

New room, clean and nice. The air conditioner is nice and cool. There is an elevator. The hotel is in the alley. Must have a car to be convenient. There is parking. The only pity is that on the 2nd day of staying, the tap water was a bit yellow. I'm not sure what caused it.

The room is quite small, but staying for 2 people is okay. The air conditioner is not that cold, but I like the mattress, not so soft that my back hurts. There is a balcony with a clothesline, this one is good. Lots of drawers and shelves. overall considered good

We got a room on the 4th floor, room 1413, where the water heater was broken. Before I knew it, it was time to take a shower and go to sleep. Go down and ask, saying that there is no mechanic. The TV remote is broken. can't add sound When you want to change channels, you have to press on the TV. A hair dryer is available for borrowing at the counter. The bed is very hard, but sleeping doesn't hurt my back. Everything else is okay, clean, sleep well.
