Honestly, it's my first time staying here, the service is good and friendly, the room I booked is a Junior Suite, it's a bit cramped but clean and the water is strong, I was in room 301 which is close to the main road, the sound from outside the main road is very noisy, next time if you come here, ask for a room not close to the main road. The swimming pool is warm, the kids love swimming but the chlorine really stings the eyes, I suggest if you bring kids don't forget to bring swimming goggles, it's a shame the kids' eyes become red and irritated, the breakfast is delicious in my opinion, next time I will come here again, the kids like to stay here because they like swimming in the warm pool, there are also many places to eat around the hotel, I suggest you provide towels at the pool, thank you.

See people's reviews are all good, but sorry, I want to give an honest review for the sake of the hotel's progress. 1. The room is not very soundproof, so noise from outside can still be heard. 2. The water flow in the bathroom takes a long time to drain, resulting in a bit of a flood even though the drain is fully opened. 3. The safe is broken. 4. The food doesn't have much variety. 6. The place is not suitable for smokers. 7. If it's clean, it's pretty okay. 8. The staff seems to be mostly on internships, so if you ask a question, they probably ask their seniors first. 9. Room upgrades follow the on-site price so I didn't upgrade. Actually, because I was attracted to the warm water pool, when I tried it, I think I'd only come here once.. Hopefully it will be much better in the future. The staff service is friendly, but it seems like the hotel service needs to be upgraded.. Best of luck

The receptionist was very friendly and informative. I think I chose the wrong room because it was cramped. The room was clean, and the water, including the water heater, was flowing smoothly. The pool was quiet and very comfortable at night. Breakfast was still at 8 a.m., but dessert was gone and not refilled. The fruit was also not refilled quickly. The fried rice was delicious.

Overall it's okay for that price. The superior room type is not too spacious but it is enough for two people. The bathroom, the shower water comes out irregularly, you know, the sink faucet is very small. For breakfast it's okay. Parking because I use a motorbike so it's not difficult to get in and out. The TV is not a smart TV yet. The room doesn't smell good huhu. The swimming pool water is a bit warm, if you want to swim you have to wear goggles because it stings, the chlorine smell really sticks to your clothes🥲

We booked two rooms here and got adjoining rooms with connecting doors. The rooms were clean and fragrant, the staff friendly, the food delicious, the heated pool, and the view from the pool beautiful.
