Everything was okay, but when I entered the room, it honestly smelled musty.

The room was so noisy that I couldn't sleep in the morning. I was moved to the same room type, but it was small and stuffy. The AC wouldn't turn on. My husband fiddled with the remote until it turned on. The small room was too stuffy. I moved in the morning. The staff reprimanded me, saying it was like that, ma'am, because it's on the side of the road and there's no soundproofing at all. Yesterday it felt like sleeping on the street.

I like the aesthetics of the hotel. The price is cheap and includes breakfast. Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms. Thank you.

Industrial-tropical style hotel, there is a heated swimming pool on the rooftop, the staff are all friendly.

I didn't regret staying at Kytos Hotel; it was a real treat. The rooftop pool overlooks Bandung, which is amazing!

Breakfast variety is still lacking, but overall it's pretty good.

A heated swimming pool is rare, but this hotel does have one. However, the TV isn't a smart TV yet, so it might need to be upgraded.

There is no smart TV in the room yet, so the children are less comfortable.

The deluxe rooms are small and not soundproof. Cars and motorbikes can be heard at night. The pool and facilities are okay, and the restaurant is delicious.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The only downside was the lack of power outlets in the room (only one in the bathroom), and the Wi-Fi connection was spotty. However, I recommend a return visit. Thank you, Kytos.
