The front desk staff, particularly the lady who assisted me during check-in, was very helpful and even took the time to show me the room to ensure it was comfortable. I haven’t had the chance to try the room service yet, but the nearby eateries offer a good variety of food. The room view is lovely and would have been even better if not for the rainy weather.

If I ever go back to Danang, I'll definitely return to this hotel. The staff are kind, friendly, and helpful. The beach is a 5-minute walk, there's a motorbike rental downstairs, and finding food is very easy. It's simply the best.

The service was good. Staff is friendly and accommodating. But it wasn't worth $40/night in my opinion. The bed was so stiff it feels like sleeping on the floor. The room had a cockroach strolling at night. The pool water at the top was murky. It looks like the water was never maintained. One of the towels still had blood stain on it. For the price, it's worth it to pay extra for a better hotel. I wouldn't recommend it.

The toilet was broken and couldn't flush. The staff didn't let me change rooms, they only called a technician to fix it and the water only dripped. The water in the shower was weak. The hotel had a swimming pool, but it was okay. The elevator took a very long time. I was on the 7th floor but the elevator only went up to the 6th floor. I had to walk up one more floor. To get to the swimming pool, I had to walk up to the 8th floor. For the price, I couldn't ask for anything more.
