On schedule, the breakfast starts from 6 in the morning, but when I arrived, the staff told me they open at 6:30 and were not ready from 6.

It's all good, just add some snacks ☺️

The hotel staff was very helpful at check-in. The booking name and ID card were different, but they were very helpful. Thank you very much to the hotel.

The kupat tahu sauce was very runny, like vegetable soup. The afternoon tea menu was less than appealing, not worth the price.

I think the service at Padma Bandung now isn't as good as it used to be. The staff aren't as friendly as at Padma Semarang. The afternoon tea was better before the renovation. I think for that price, it's better to go to Gaia, which is kid-friendly, has good service, and good afternoon tea.

The hotel staff were all friendly. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable. I'd love to return sometime during my next trip to Bandung.

The hotel's location is actually easy to access and away from the crowd, only the access road is narrow. All staff from the receptionist to the helper are all very friendly and helpful. The room is not too spacious but compact, amenities and toiletries are also complete. Complete facilities. The pool water is warm and slightly salty because they say they don't use chlorine which makes it sting the eyes. The jacuzzi is great, all body aches disappear. As for the food in the restaurant? Everything is delicious. At breakfast everything is a must try, hahaha. Padma is definitely worth the price. Totally worth it!

Really enjoyed the jacuzzi here. And the swimming pool wasn't crowded thanks to the addition of a new pool. However, when I booked, the facilities weren't fully equipped after the renovation. I'm curious to see what it will be like once everything is finished, and hopefully, I'll have the good fortune to stay here again, amen. Hehe.

Had stayed at Padma several times before the renovation and really enjoyed it. Once the renovation was finished, I immediately booked to stay at Padma, but was very disappointed that the hotel was not really ready to receive guests because the outdoor facilities were still unusable except for the pool and gym area. The rooms also still smelled very much of paint and the bathroom somehow had an unpleasant aroma even though Padma had put charcoal. There were still many workers working on tidying up the hotel and the afternoon tea was very different from before which was very interesting. The current afternoon tea has very few varieties & is less interesting. We got a room on the 6th floor right below the pool area on the 5th floor. From afternoon until 8 pm we were subjected to noisy sounds running from the 5th floor. Hopefully it can be comfortable again soon as the room price has also increased quite a lot.

All the service is friendly and the hotel is very comfortable for families. Always recommended.

the BEST hotel you could stay in Bandung, the view, food and room is AMAZING. there's so many activities you can do, i personally think one day is not enough to really enjoy every thing that the hotel has to offer. LOVE the service, every staffs is super helpful and friendly. thankyou to ziko (the receptionist) who helped us check in, the yoga instructor who is very helpful and kind. i just love everything about this hotel, keep up the good work Padma! cant wait to come back one day and enjoy longer stay with you guys!
