It's not far from the mosque, but the cleanliness is decent. There's no fan, no TV, no soap, no toothbrush, no mat—nothing.

The room is nice, clean, for the price of 100 thousand it is very worth it.

The staff is friendly. It's perfect for solo travelers to sleep in. The environment is also pleasant, cool, and quiet.

Spent two nights at this place, very well maintained for a homestay. Paid for a room without aircon, but the humidity just feels right and chill even when it was burning hot outside. Each room has a small balcon-view on with a sliding door (I think this is where the air circulates from). The toilet is very clean, come with a water heater too! Minus point for the noisy / loud neighbors who surprisingly only exist at (mid)night lmao (but I am very used to it since I also had my own kos-kosan experience too, this one is relatively tolerable though) :D However, I don't think the management for online booking is being handled properly. I mean it was understandable to get "inspected" at first, considering it is the security guard's work from the beginning. But I feel like this would not happen if they have been informed by the owner about incoming room booking(s) online priorly. I even got asked on my second day of stay, whether I had this permission to came in or not (which then I needed to show the proof of my booking twice after the first check-in).

other aspects are okay..vehicle parking, comfort, cleanliness..only the wifi is not as expected..on off..no more than 1mb/s

for that price its a wonderful place. a little bit minus is wifi not fast enough like 1mbs, and chair was broken, but its not minus for that kind of low price. overall its a great place to stay. nice bright room. balcony, facilities, parking, staff. i liked it
