The room was clean and very comfortable, but the walls were a bit thin. Overall, it was great and the service was excellent.

The hotel was great and the price was lovely. They had snacks available all the time, and self-service ice, hot water, and a microwave. We booked a Double B room. It wasn't too small or too big, just the right size and very comfortable. The air conditioning was cool, and there was a water heater. The only downside was the television; it only had some old channels and could use an update to offer more options. Everything else was perfect! 💖

Every time I stay overnight in Chiang Mai, I always choose this hotel because of its excellent location, making it convenient to get to my destinations. The rooms are fantastic! The beds are so comfortable, the rooms are beautiful and clean, and they have all the necessary amenities. The staff are lovely. This time, they even provided lots of snacks and drinks during my stay! I loved it so much and will definitely stay here again! 💕

The room was overall good compared to the price, but the bathroom had a musty smell.

The bathroom is moldy. The bathroom mirror is missing, making you feel unsafe. The lamp (woven wood) is very dusty. It is not suitable for people with allergies because it is above the bed. There is little parking space. Cars are forced to park under the hotel (people who are not good at driving will have a little difficulty) because the parking in front of the hotel is reserved for vans and cars with high roofs only.

There is a bit too little parking space. There are always ants near the sink in the bathroom, even though I clean it every day. But overall, it's good. Small things can be overlooked. Comfortable sleep. No ghosts.

The room is clean. Not too far from the old city. I can early check in due to my request. It's so nice, the hospitality.

The staffs are very good. The room is worth the price. Our room may have the sound of cars driving by because it is next to the main road, but it is not a big problem because there are not many cars at night and we slept well. The hotel is convenient to travel because it is only a little bit away from the main road of the city. Drive out and you will find the hotel. The parking lot may be a little small but there are staffs to take care of the car. There is bread and drinks and snacks for those who do not buy a set with breakfast. If there is a chance, I will stay again.

The staffs are polite, smiling and attentive to the guests. On the day of our stay, the toilet was broken. When we went downstairs to inform them, they immediately fixed it. The room was clean and comfortable at a reasonable price. In the morning, there was toast and coffee. There was popcorn and snacks all day long. I was very impressed with all levels of service.

The hotel should provide breakfast since it is not cheap.

The room for 3 people is very good. The room is beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, and smells good. I will definitely come back to stay again.

The TV seems to have no signal, so I can't watch anything. 😅
