At a campsite resort surrounded by nature, of course, I can't expect perfect insect control or hygiene, but I found the facilities and experience not quite commensurate with the price. The rooms and bathrooms weren't clean, the bed linens had stains, the food wasn't tasty, and while the staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, they should update the infrastructure and service quality.

The room rate doesn't match the quality of service. The bathroom lacks amenities like toothbrushes and cotton swabs. The shower and toilet are not kept clean; dust remains in corners that haven't been wiped down. The scenery is beautiful, but the maintenance of the plants in the garden is also neglected. We hope the owner will improve the service.

Very environmental-friendly place. Nice view and a lot of physical activities. There are many types of sound at night and may cause difficulties to sleep, including music/karaoke from mainland, water-noise from local fishermen,... but it’s life in the area. Staff are friendly and supportive.

This accommodation is very friendly to the environment, all are self-sufficient, economical, affordable, the food at the restaurant is also delicious, there are many strange and delicious dishes ... cute staff. Great for a vacation with families with young children.

We do have a unique location in the Central Highlands with magnificent views across the Lak Lake. The mornings and evenings are quite cool during summer with warm afternoons. Staff are very enthusiastic, always smile, just arrived with staff to bring things to the room. Room decorated very cute, suitable for convalescence and return to nature. Tent room a lot of mosquitoes, rice dish lam, it seems not baked

A lot of activities such as ethnic performance (Cong-chieng), kayaking, cycling. Best view in the isolated place in the middle of the Lak lake. Nice room with good service. The food is good. The Tent will hot in the day. I met a problem with the kayak. When I was in the lake, the kayak sank but I couldn't call the receptionist (even it was 7:30 AM). They sent a boat to help me after sank all of my phone and camera. They fixed the kayak after the accident, but you still need to check this carefully.

Overall service was good, lovely bungalow. However, the hotel had to find a way to prevent insects from entering the room too much. In the evening, it took me an hour to get the insects out of the mosquito nets.

The bicycle tour is quite expensive compared to the service we received (visiting cocoa garden and pottery area), we do not fully understand the life of M'Nong people here. With room rates at such resorts, perhaps only suitable for Western visitors.

The hotel is in a beautiful, pristine position, close to nature. Very suitable for family vacation. However, due to many insects, the weather is not suitable for hot weather (due to closed). The cost of travel services, the tour is quite high, should be adjusted more suitable because this is isolated, if experienced guests are added other attractions will help the resort to lift points in the eyes of customers. Good food, thoughtful kitchen. Thank you.
