The room was very nice and the service was also very good. The location is a little out of the city center, but easy access with a 15-minute taxi/Grab.

We booked the room almost a week in advance, but upon check-in, the receptionist said there were no rooms available and offered no apology, instead suggesting we go to another nearby hotel. Terrible service.
