budget hotel suitable for travelers strategic location

The AC is not cold and the window cannot be closed in the toilet.

Hotel for overnight stay only. There is cold AC and water heater for bathing. Near 7-11 and McDonald's. Behind the hotel there is a food court and it is very crowded at night.
