I received a room that was not cleaned yet. There are a lot of hair on the bed and pillows. The towel has been used. And the trash of the previous customer is not discarded

Get the room that is not the same as the reservation. Reserve 3 rooms of the same type but get different rooms. The bed is small.

The drain pipe in the oil chamber is in the wrong direction. Oil does not drain
