I really liked the strategic location. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.

The location is excellent, the room is quite comfortable, the water pressure is good, but the shower head is too small. The bath mat is torn and the linens are faded, but they are still clean and smell good.

The staff is friendly, and the service is fast and responsive. The location is also strategic, close to everything, even walking distance to Kupat Tahu Gempol Legend 👍. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't have a bidet/jet shower in the toilet and there's no refrigerator in the room. Maybe because I booked a cheap room? But overall, everything was nice 👍

However, there's a lack of information and no clarity on which promotions are available. Requests can't be made, so you have to pay an additional fee for convenience.

So far everything is okay, just the towels need to be replaced because they don't absorb water and the color has faded. The doormat is also really worn out. The free breakfast at the hotel needs to be improved. If these 2 are fixed, I'm sure it will be even better.
