The bed, sheets, and bed cover had many stains that were still wet when cleaned. I know they were from guests who had just checked out. They should have been replaced with new ones. The bathroom also had stagnant water, and as a result, water entered the room. There were no towels or toiletries, and no mineral water. Finally, I asked for more. The bathroom water flow was very small and smelly. But oh well, I understand, groundwater in the Bekasi area is like that. Please improve important things like that. Thank you.

Untuk lokasi strategis, parkir luas hanya saja ruangan nya berbau lembab, ada kecoak kecil di lantai, tidak di sediakan sikat gigi, sabun dan shampoo, handuk hanya 1, tdk menyerap dan uk nya kecil. Kran copot, wastafel tersumbat. Mohon kebersihan lebih di perhatikan lagi.
