Checked in at 2:45 PM, booked two rooms. Couldn't request a floor on the grounds that the rooms hadn't been cleaned yet (?). The queue was also long during critical check-in hours (2-3 PM), but there was only one receptionist on standby. Very strange. Then, on Sunday mornings, it was difficult to get out because the hotel access was closed by CFD.
