Staying at the Royal Suite was a delightful experience. Clean rooms, great amenities, delicious food, and close to the airport 😍

There was no elevator. No staff greeted us, even though we had a lot of luggage from the airport. The TV wouldn't work, and the technician didn't even come to fix the problem, and there was no compensation whatsoever. The room was spacious but dirty, and for a hotel of its size, it was extremely poorly maintained. The room and the overall atmosphere were like an old-fashioned hotel, and a bit creepy. In short, this hotel really needs a major overhaul in every aspect. It was so disappointing, I was willing to forfeit my money because I checked out much earlier, less than an hour after check-in.

The hotel rooms are spacious and have complete facilities for a hotel in its class. If there were a swimming pool facility, it would be even more exciting.

The water is very small, so it's a bit difficult to take a shower and there's no lift.

The staff were friendly and greeted us and provided very responsive room service needs, and the check-in section was prompt and friendly, thank you.

The hotel is comfortable and during the long weekend here it is very easy to access everywhere, there is also a bathtub 😘

The room was decent, with a lot of dried gecko droppings still stuck to the walls. It was bare, a stark contrast to my stay in 2017. It was nice, clean, and well-maintained. This year, I booked a completely different room, even worse, and not soundproof. There were few TV channels, but the Wi-Fi was fast.

I spent a night here for layover. This two-story hotel is quite okay. The location is very strategic, near the airport. The common area and the room itself are quite spacious. Don’t expect a lift and a free shuttle to the airport. A bit expensive in my opinion.

The hotel staff is quite friendly, the breakfast service is not a buffet, many hotel facilities need to be repaired and updated, the towels smell musty, the sheets, the room furniture needs repair and updating, it is not worth the price of almost 600 thousand and for that price there are still many hotels with better quality.

Always choose to stay here because of the quiet place and atmosphere.

The location is close to the airport. However, it's not recommended for those looking for a city center location. There's no elevator, so it's best to request a room on the first floor. The cleanliness is a bit lacking. One time, we came home late and the room hadn't been cleaned. There were no "do not disturb" signs. When I asked for a cleaning, they told me the cleaning team had left at 3 p.m. The next day, I insisted on a cleaning, and they finally did. However, the towels were only taken away, not replaced. Cleanliness still needs improvement. The stairwell was filthy, and the sheets were dusty and disappeared after being changed. Breakfast was okay, although not very varied.
