Everything was fine, but the check-in wait was long. I checked in from 1:00 PM and didn't get a room until 2:45 PM. It might have been peak season, but I had important business at the time, so I was late.

Everything was okay, just that the check-in wait was long from 13.00, only to get a room around 14.30, maybe because it was peak season.

We booked a room with one large bed and one small bed, but they said they were sold out, even though the catalog stated they were available. Instead, we were given one large bed and one extra bed. If they were unavailable, there wouldn't have been a need to advertise it. The staff was also slow to respond. They had to ask for it several times before it was done. At the very least, if the room had been unavailable since noon, they would have prepared an extra bed in the room. This would have saved us from having to keep asking for it. Even though we checked in at night. The breakfast was decent, but fortunately, the food made up for it.

It's strategically located, not far from Pasar Senen. The food options nearby are also good. The rooms aren't huge, but they're just the right size for a good night's sleep, comfortable, and affordable.

My second stay here was on May 9-10, 2026. I arrived on time and still couldn't check in and was promised 10 minutes. But when I asked, it still hadn't been prepared and I waited for 1.5 hours to be able to enter the room and the frontliner was also uncooperative. Honestly, I was disappointed to have to wait so long, even though I had to rush to get ready for a meeting, but was hampered by the hotel's very long check-in time. Maybe it needs to be fixed again. And for the room, I took a smoking room and in the bathroom there were still cigarette butts under the sink. Maybe they were in a hurry to clean it! And when I asked for a dental kit from the receptionist, the response was also slow, I waited 30 minutes until it was taken to my room.

So far, it's been quite comfortable staying here and the price is definitely very competitive, so I can stay here again and will definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff are friendly, the room facilities are good, the location is also strategic, it is highly recommended to stay here again.
