fun place for kids... spacious room, has a balcony but the door is a bit broken.. but overall I really like it

The view from the restaurant is beautiful. It's a pleasant experience. The staff is also friendly. The only downside is that the rooms aren't soundproof. Otherwise, everything is fine.

A child and family friendly hotel, the bed size and number of beds are perfect for a family with 2 small children.

The staff is friendly... Unfortunately, some of the facilities need to be repaired, starting with the balcony railings, which are already heavily corroded and loose, making them very vulnerable. A swimming pool also needs to be added, as there is only one children's pool, and even that is small without any water play facilities. The hotel's supporting facilities at Kampung Kids need renovations to be more modern, as they are outdated. Hopefully, the hotel will improve soon so that more visitors will come.

The room is big, the view is mountain and the breakfast is delicious, even though it is just a standard buffet, the Hong Kong fried rice is really delicious.

It was a pleasure staying here, there are shows too, there are children's activities too.

staying here is very pleasant. I booked 1 room with 1 king bed and 1 single bed. The bedroom is not soundproof so you can still hear the sound from the next room. I happened to be on the 4th floor, there was a billiard table, for sticks you can borrow from the receptionist. Behind the room is connected to the balcony, nice for hanging out while looking at the mountain view. for breakfast pay 65K per person, it includes animal feeding tours such as koi fish, chickens, birds, rabbits, goats and cows accompanied by a guide. besides animal feeding, you can also pick oranges. the view of the restaurant is really cool, there is a gurgling river and rice field embankments

the hotel atmosphere is comfortable.. the room is big, my child really likes the room because there are butterfly pictures.. every time I walk down the hall my child always tells stories about butterflies. the only thing lacking is the swimming pool. if it's a bit late in the day the swimming pool is dirty, it's also a bit far from the hotel. the food is delicious but the menu is not very varied

It would be good if the soundproofing of the room was improved, access from the parking lot to the lobby, especially when it rains, please consider the comfort of the guests because that is the first impression.

The staff is friendly, we just got off the car, they immediately came to pick up our stuff, the room is clean and spacious, only one problem is please improve the signal network, if you enter the room there is definitely no signal, that's my only input. Another good place to stay with children, it's crowded with children for PKK.
