The hotel staff is friendly, very helpful during the check-in and check-out process.

Always clean and satisfying very close to the city center

This is not a standard hotel or lodging. The receptionist is far from friendly. The room is dirty and does not match the photo. I booked for a few nights here but had to check out early because it was uncomfortable. Please Traveloka, take another look if you want to partner. I booked here because I expected at least a clean room and a friendly receptionist. I paid a lot but the quality is like this

The bathroom is dirty. There are cigarette butts and dirt behind the toilet that has not been cleaned. The toilet flush is broken. The next day they asked for the room to be tidied up. But the trash was not thrown away, only the bed was tidied up.

The AC is not cold. The room looks like it hasn't been swept. The bathroom is dirty. The staff is rude. The wifi password wasn't given. I don't know when the last quality control was, but there are many things that need to be serviced.

There was no hot water. The deluxe room type should have deluxe facilities and it was not as I expected. The bedsheets had stains, and there was only one employee, I could only carry a lot of stuff myself.

The bathroom smells bad, when the toilet is opened the smell reaches the room.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. First off, the AC was completely broken. To make matters worse, the water heater was also out of order, leaving me with only cold water to shower with. To top it off, there was a disgusting lipstick stain on the pillow sheet. Clearly, the housekeeping standards here are non-existent. The front desk setup was bizarre, to say the least. It was literally just a basic desk, like something you'd find in a cheap office, and not what you'd expect from a supposedly"professional"hotel. Finally, as if things couldn't get any worse, the back of the hotel overlooks a garbage dump. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to stay. This place isn't worth a single star.

It smelled strongly of urine the whole time. The bed linen was dirty, as was the room itself. The bathroom was a disaster. Everything was broken. You could hear the next room from downstairs because there was a hole in the bathroom. All in all, never again for all the money in the world

The sheets and pillowcases had lots of marks on them.

Last night someone set it up. Music can be heard from the room. So I can't sleep. I'm already tired. Want to rest and listen to music until late at night?

Quite comfortable for transit accommodation, worth it also with that price on weekends and get a fairly spacious room, en-suite bathroom and AC. The facilities are inadequate, the TV and AC remotes are a bit difficult to use.

Comfortable, clean and fragrant, not like a hotel, like your own home.

When I first arrived, the staff was busy playing with their cellphones, parking was not directed. Checking in, I also got a room in 03, the room smelled, the mattress was full of mites, my body was itchy, I asked for a change of sheets, they said all the sheets had spots, there were cigarette butts in the bathroom. The most DISGUSTING thing was the sheets and blankets. Very uninhabitable! Not recommended!

Seprei nya kotor banget. Kuning-kuning, banyak noda. Harusnya diganti sih. Kamar mandi bau, tidak ada air panas. Airnya mati kalo pagi mungkin banyak yang pake. Kamar kotor. Lokasinya cukup jauh dari kota.

Lumayan sih dengan harga segitu, cuma air panas nya kadang gak bisa.

Reddoorz macam apa ini? Di biarkan penyewa sapu pel ruangan sendiri! Padahal sebelumnya sudah request unt di bersihkan kamarnya. Reddorz terburuk yang pernah saya jumpai. Kamar mandi juga kotor dan air panas tdak berfungsi. Seprei juga kotor seperti tidak di cuci ada noda kuningnya. Parahnya lagi karyawan nya itu macam apa tidak bertangung jawab sama sekali!

Anak tidak bisa tidur, karena AC tidak ada freonnya jadi pengap.

The room is spacious, has toiletries, drinking water, free wifi, comfortable bed. But unfortunately there is no hot water. The sheets and pillow covers were not clean. Overall comfortable.
