A staycation with just the kids is perfect at this hotel, besides the comfortable rooms, the hotel is super kids friendly, lots of facilities for kids and when I requested a room on the ground floor it was immediately upgraded and in front of the pool so it opened a room for the kids to dive straight in. Overall, I'm happy to be here, and a morning star for the receptionist Kak Yona, her service is morning star ✨✨✨✨✨.

Very cool and enjoyable

When checking in, the FO was really chaotic... There was one woman who was not very friendly, the others were very friendly.

At check-in before Nyepi Day, the lobby was extremely crowded, and parking was difficult. The check-in line lasted over an hour. The children even slept in the car. I questioned the staff, who said it was because Nyepi was approaching, making it so crowded.

The first time we entered, the room tiles were dirty and oily, the electric kettle had egg marks and smelled of instant noodles, the wifi was terrible and couldn't be used at all, we left in the morning at 9-10 and came home at 11 every day, when we arrived at the room the hotel slippers were still intact next to the bed, if we mopped them, how could they not change because our room wasn't dirty, it was just for sleeping, from the beginning we asked for a queen bed but we were given a double single, the receptionist said they would be combined when we arrived at night, it would still be a double/separate bed, what was worse was when we used the hair dryer, the electricity went out, this was the first time this had happened because we were afraid of it going out again, so we slept with wet hair and didn't dare to use it again the next day

The check-in and check-out process is fast, the staff are friendly, the swimming pool directly faces the beach, close to Benoa water sports, there are lots of supermarkets so you don't have to worry about getting hungry, we got a free upgrade

Near from water sport, very comfortable for family

Check-in itself wasn't great. I arrived early, but the room wasn't ready until 2:00, and I was only able to check in at 3:20. I even had to complain first... But I was upgraded to a lower level room. The family facilities are all good... The restaurant is also very friendly.

Check-in was very late, and we weren't able to check in until 4:00 PM. Sound from the next room was very audible, and the soundproofing wasn't very good. The Wi-Fi was very slow. The basement smelled very bad.

The rooms are nice and comfortable. The exterior paint needs to be updated. As for food, a small suggestion: plain rice should be available. Staff friendliness needs to be improved; every time you meet a guest, they should at least greet them.

The hotel isn't large, but it's comfortable and clean, and the price isn't high. You can access the beach directly from the hotel. There's a kids' corner and paid activities for children. The food is quite extensive and tasty, but refills take a while, perhaps due to the crowds. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Checking in was a bit slow due to the large number of people checking in, but within reasonable limits.

Tijili Benoa is a family-friendly hotel. The room is clean and spacious with a balcony to dry clothes; the beddings are clean. The rooftop pool is overlooking the ocean, with an amazing view of the horizon. The restaurant offers a variety of food for breakfast, plus another restaurant by the beach. We enjoyed each menu item we ordered; the price is just right. We also had a great time on the beachfront; watersports are available for extra thrills. See you again Tijili!
