The hotel is located in a quiet area of Jomtien on the beach, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The lobby staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel's small pool area is quite stylish, relaxed and atmospheric. The breakfast is basic. The hotel's lobby areas are stylish and clean. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the cleanliness of the hotel rooms, at least not for the basic rooms. Due to the dirtiness, we first changed rooms, but the second room was only slightly cleaner than the first. There was a lot of dirt and mold in the floor seams of both shower rooms, the bathroom smelled of urine and it looked like the window panes on the balconies had never been washed, as there was stubborn dirt all over the window. The bathroom floor sloped in the wrong direction from the floor drain, and water collected in the corner of the bathroom. In addition to the above, it appeared that no one had taken care of the condition of the hotel rooms, as there was so much damage in the rooms and on the balcony. The first room was missing a chair, so there was no other place to sit than the bed. The hotel has potential if the rooms were better maintained and cleaned. However, we had to leave the hotel early due to the dirty rooms.
