I always stay at Alvina Hotel 13a if I'm traveling further afield the next day. It's comfortable, clean, and the breakfast is excellent.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful when checking in. If you are hungry, just call and the food will be delivered straight to your room.

The bathroom needs to be repaired, the facilities inside are quite old and don't function properly.

Interesting stay experience. The suite plus room is spacious. There is hot water, both ACs are on and cold. The room is clean and comfortable. There is a refrigerator too. Hopefully I can stay here again if I go to Siantar. The service is also the best. Thank you
