The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, the curtains, bed linens, and furniture weren't clean. The bathroom didn't have toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, or body wash. I booked for 3 nights and they didn't clean the room at all. I even had to bring my own towels and ask to change them? At over 650k VND per night, it's terrible.

I booked this room to stay temporarily while waiting for my flight home that evening. The photo shows one of the two rooms I received, leaving my whole family stunned. I stayed for 5 nights - on the 7th floor, 600m walk to the beach, everything was fine.

mọi người nên lưu ý phòng theo tiếng, mình đặt trên app mặc dù đã bấm với hiện tg nhận và trả phòng là 2h hôm nay tới 12h trưa hôm sau nhưng tới nơi nhân viên bảo phòng chỉ sử dụng 2 tiếng và bù tiền để dùng hạng phòng khác, nếu như vậy thì khách sạn nên cài đặt thời gian rõ ràng trên app để khách hàng đỡ nhầm lẫn

Khạch sạn giá hợp lý so với chất lượng, hồi đầu điều hòa bị hỏng nhưng bạn lễ tân nhiệt tình và đổi phòng cho mình liền. Phòng chất lượng bình thường, vì giá rẻ với lại gần biển nên không đòi hỏi gì hơn, nếu muốn phòng có cửa sổ ra đường nên gọi lại khách sạn xác nhận nếu lưu trú dài ngày. Về thái độ phục vụ thì 10 điểm không có nhưng.
