I usually take a shower before the morning prayer, unfortunately the hot water is turned off/not working, maybe to save electricity, even though it is a consumer facility😂, in the end I get cold, and there should be a guard at the parking lot, because the housing complex is very quiet so it is very vulnerable

It's pretty clean, like a new building. The staff is friendly, but there's no front desk. Checking in on New Year's Eve gave me free snacks and breakfast. The hot water works.

Highly recommended homestay for staying in Batu city. 1. Close to Batu Square. 2. The interior is unique in European style, and the cleanliness is highly maintained. 3. The owner is responsive and very helpful. I was helped check in outside normal hours. When I checked out I had something left behind, he helped save it. 4. The guards are also helpful and always on standby at the homestay. 5. The parking lot is quite spacious and fenced. 6. Clean bathroom, hot water works well. 7. The room is not air conditioned but Batu is cold enough so the fan is enough. 8. Cable TV works fine. 9. The room has a window so you can see the view of the hills behind the housing. 10. In front of the room there is a table and chairs, you can chat casually. 11. There is also a rooftop above, unfortunately I haven't had time to try it because it always rains during the day.
