The room is clean and tidy, making it comfortable. The request for a smoking room was actually given, but unfortunately the bed was not a queen bed as described, they gave me twin beds combined into one, so when I slept, the bed sometimes had to be moved to room 811.

My experience staying at the Maple Grogol Hotel was due to an event at Ciputra for 3 days, so I stayed for 2 nights. The distance to Ciputra is quite close and can be reached on foot. The price is very affordable for the Jakarta area, we got a price under 400k on Traveloka. The hotel building has a minimalist industrial concept. The rooms are quite spacious depending on the room type. The bathroom is small but the hot water is always on. The room is cleaned every day. It seems like the amenities need maintenance because the sheets, towels, and doormats are already faded, but for that price, it is still comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, you can have breakfast before 7 o'clock even though the menu is not complete. At night, the restaurant can be used as a coffee shop with a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and can leave your luggage before check-in time.

Maybe there's a door in the room that connects to another room. It's locked, but it's scary, where at night it's really loud when people play loud music
