The hotel is clean, not noisy, the receptionist is friendly... At the hotel only a few hours to rest before returning to Jakarta.

The floor of the room was dirty, the shelf under the TV was broken, the kettle was no longer suitable, and worst of all, the food was only meatball soup, fried vermicelli, corn fritters, and crackers.

My experience was actually quite pleasant from arrival until I woke up, but the next morning, the water was completely cut off in all the rooms. At the very least, management should have a plan B and C if they discover a problem with the water system, because if it's water-related, it's a serious issue, requiring me to leave the hotel to use the restroom at a nearby Alfamart.

The place was smelling of cleaning product, probably to cover up. The smell was so intrusive I could not stay in the room, so I did not even sleep there. And my room was next to a busy road.
