Slow Wi-Fi.. Minimalist room facilities

The location is good, it is close to the DP mall, in the middle of the city too, unfortunately during our stay there were ants running around in the room, if there weren't any, it would definitely increase the comfort during our stay.

The location is one of the best, right at the mall entrance and next to Lawang Sewu National Heritage. It's a bit complicated because checking in requires downloading an app and opening the door with your phone. It's more convenient to use a card (perhaps customers could choose between using their phone or card). The AC is noisy and makes a rattling sound all night long.

The staff are friendly & helpful. Great ambience, the location is great. The room is clean.

The hotel is right above the DP Mall, with direct access to the mall and easy parking. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the bedsheets and pillowcases in the room looked worn, and the food in the restaurant was a bit salty during breakfast. The room wasn't too big, but the design and lobby were very cozy.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The DP mall is right underneath, so it's easy to find things you need without forgetting to bring. It's next to the Lawang Sewu tourist attraction...recommended.

This is the reason I chose it 🤣 (pic) The hotel is in the same building as the mall, so it took an hour to get in 😌 It's complicated... It's only when it's busy. I even moved rooms; the first room had an unpleasant odor. The second room was okay, but the AC wasn't cold enough near midnight.

A strategic location. To get to the DP Mall, you just have to cross the parking lot. This parking lot is separate from the new DP Mall parking lot, but it's on the same floor as the DP Mall park on the 3rd floor. The food is quite good, no complaints. Access to the door is also secure, although it's a bit awkward because you have to use a specific app to unlock it. When I arrived, unfortunately, the elevator was having trouble, so it was a bit of an effort to walk to the one that was still operational.

Quite good food, good ambiance, many entertainment, and the location being at the mall presents many opportunities to go shopping.

The hotel's location is excellent, the staff is very friendly, and the rooms are clean, although quite small for a family. Overall, a very good experience.
