The hotel is clean, the breakfast food is bearable. Stayed here because there was a party. Dinner was not very interesting, just normal during the party. The fish dishes did not taste fresh. The other dishes had no taste. It was like a bargain. The staff was ok. Friendly. But you have to pay for parking.

I had a wonderful stay at Tenera Hotel Bangi on 5 December 2025. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were warm, helpful, and consistently attentive, making the entire experience feel welcoming from check-in to check-out. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I especially appreciated the serene atmosphere and convenient location. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I would definitely return in the future.

Okay, that's it. Guests who bring their own vehicles and need to commute from the hotel to outside business may be a little affected by the parking fee. Male staff, especially those who work the evening shift as front desk staff, need to learn work ethics. Distinguish between your character as an employee and your personality.

It was okay. I just thought some male staff at the reception (noon shift) could have learned more about etiquette being front desk staff. Furthermore, registered guests staying at Concorde or Hilton are exempt from parking fees. Maybe Tenera wants to follow suit.

Overall, it was a good stay, except for the breakfast. It was terrible that day. We started having our breakfast at 9 AM, but the foods were all gone. Finished. Not even bread or coffee. And no effort to refill it, very bad experience.

1. Room is placed near generator/compressor? Noisy all night until it shut down. 2. No teeth brush set given. 3. Standee lamp inside room not working. It is not bad, but okay. But the noise, I can't compromise about it.

The food was really delicious. Pillow and bed are really comfortable. Toilet is clean. Ample parking. Opposite of this hotel got a night market on Tuesday night. Nice smell upon entering the hotel lobby.

They gave level 16 room which is very smelly & musty, however thanks to the receptionist, she allow me to change my room to level 8. Pleasant room, no weird smell, air conditioner & water heater functioning well, water presure very strong & very comfy bed & pillow. Delicious Breakfast buffet with lots of choices.
