The service was good from the security guard at the door to the room. There was a wide variety of breakfast food to choose from. The only downside was that the room wasn't very soundproof.

The staff are very friendly.. The most delicious thing is the breakfast. Everything is the most delicious.

I would like to have slippers in the room and an additional toothbrush set.

Everything is good except for the wifi and the bathroom door. Wifi is so weak that I have to use 5G the whole trip. Bathroom door cannot be locked

The room is spacious, clean, polite staff, good service, fast check-in. Come during the rainy season, so can reserve at a cheap price, considered very worthwhile. The swimming pool is a bit small.

The bed collapsed and it was uncomfortable to sleep. The bathroom in the room doesn't smell. The room has been renovated. The common area is still old.

Old accommodation, breakfast not diverse. The bedsheets are not very good, but the security guard is very cute.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ไม่ไกลจากสนามบินเชียงใหม่ เป็นโรงแรมใหญ่พอควร มีห้องพักเยอะ แต่ที่จอดรถก็ถือว่าเยอะเพียงพอ มีทั้งจอดภายในอาคาร (ชั้นใต้ดิน) และ จอดนอกอาคารตรงลานจอด ด้านหน้าทางเข้าโรงแรมมีร้านสะดวกซื้อ (7-11) และ ข้างโรงแรมเลยคือตลาดหนองหอย มีของกินขายตั้งแต่เช้าตรู่จนถึงค่ำเลย เรื่องอาหารการกินสบายมาก การเช็คอินรวดเร็ว พนักงานต้อนรับผู้ชายชื่อ คุณเซฟ บริการดีมาก ประทับใจมากๆ บ่งบอกได้ถึงความตั้งใจที่จะให้บริการอย่างจริงใจ ห้องพักกว้างขวาง และ ได้รับการปรับปรุงใหม่ทุกห้อง ห้องพักถือว่าทำความสะอาดได้อย่างดี ผ้าขนหนูในห้องน้ำสะอาดมาก มีกลิ่นน้ำยาปรับผ้านุ่มหอมอ่อนๆ ให้ความรู้สึกดีมากๆ เลย ทีวีจอใหญ่มีช่องให้เลือกชมเยอะมาก เตียงนุ่มสุดๆ หมอนให้มาเยอะมาก นอนสบายไม่ปวดคอ WIFI สัญญาณดีมาก ใช้งา่นได้ลื่นไหล ไม่มีติดขัดเลย แอร์ก็เย็นฉ่ำ สบายมาก น้ำในห้องน้ำก็ไหลแรง น้ำอุ่นทำงานได้ดี และ ไหลแรงสะใจมาก อาหารเช้าก็หลากหลาย มีให้เลือกหลายอย่าง โดยภสพรวมถือว่าบริการดีมาก ห้องพักดีมาก พนักงานบริการดีมากทุกแผนกเลย ประทับใจครับสำหรับการเข้าพัก 3 คืน หากมีโอกาสจะแนะนำเพื่อนๆ ให้มาพัก และ คราวหน้ามาเชียงใหม่อีกจะกลับมาพักอีกอย่างแน่นอน

เตียงนุ่มไปหน่อยค่ะห้องน้ำมีคราบน้ำไม่ค่อยสะอาด ส่วนอาหารเมนูไก่ผัดพริกสดไก่ไม่สุกเลยค่ะมีกลิ่นคาวมากเลยค่ะ

Sleep well, good service staff, impressive

The hotel is quite good, the staff also so friendly we were able to check in early since our flight arrived at 10 AM. There is no toothpaste and brush as well as hotel sandals, we need to pay extra to get it. The breakfast is also so so in variety, so if you get a chance to choose I think without breakfast is better.

ห้องพักดีตามรูปค่ะ แต่ติดที่หัวฝักบัวในห้องน้ำ ถอดออกมาไม่ใด้ ถ้าไปพักมีเด็กด้วย เด็กจะอาบน้ำค่อนข้างลำบากค่ะ ไฟในส่วนของห้องก็น้อยไปนิดค่ะ ทำให้ห้องค่อนข้างมึดไปหน่อย แต่ปลั๊กไฟเยอะดีค่ะ ส่วนพนักงานต้อนรับหรือพนักงานบริการในด้านต่างๆดีค่ะ

พนักงานบริการดีมากๆ โอกาสหน้าจะกลับมาพักอีกนะครับ
