Friendly service, clean, quiet, security is maintained.

It's good, the location is strategic, and the staff is friendly. The only thing lacking is cleanliness: there's trash under the bed, and the sheets aren't very clean.

Friendly, easy to access, clean spacious rooms, comfortable place to rest, there is a cafeteria open 24 hours... so you won't go hungry 👍

The customer service was rude. They entered the guest's room without permission while they were out of the hotel.

This hotel is not working at all, many are empty, the escalator to the lobby is not working, the swimming pool is quite good..

The room was nice, but the door lock was problematic. It didn't work with a card, just a regular key. Otherwise, it was fine.

The service was good, but the room smelled really bad of cigarette smoke and the curtains were really dirty. The best part is the pool is really clean, making it a great place for a family vacation with small children.

Sorry, the room is really damp, it smells terrible, I swear. I tried asking for a hanging air freshener, but I was given a dried one. The sofa cushions are moldy. The sheets have stains, I don't know if they've been changed or not. The building is empty, a bit creepy.

I've been staying for 2 days but when I want to check out I'm still not registered... Maybe it's because I added x days so I have to upgrade again.

Towels are not provided, you have to ask first, but that's okay.

At another level, create a TV station so that you can have all the channels so you don't get bored.

Friendly staff, easy check in and check out, soundproof rooms, AC works well, cleanliness is okay, water heater works perfectly, TV works well. First time staying here, very memorable. Next time will stop here again. Thank youuu :)

The cleanliness of the towel sheets is very poor, the skin becomes red because it is sensitive.
