The hotel staff is great, very helpful.

It was fine and good for a typical budget hotel since Jambi doesn't have much. Thus, this one is just OK, not too far from the airport (not international, but it's the only one they have here). Also, since Jambi isn't a tourist destination, so the hotels here (budget and non-budget) are just for transit and rest. Nothing's special yet it is in good condition and functional.

Just a suggestion, just ask for a room that matches your reservation. Sometimes the app doesn't tell you what room you actually get, but what room you choose.
