The room was quite spacious and clean, but there was a lack of water for bathing. Perhaps due to the dry season, water was quite scarce.

The AC wasn't working properly. The shower head had a very low flow rate. The sheets and pillowcases weren't clean; it looked like the ones used by the previous guest hadn't been replaced with new ones.

The toilet faucet was problematic, and the water was not on at dawn.

The staff was friendly, and I wanted to check in early in the morning but couldn't because the rooms were full, but it was okay, it all paid off because the room was nice and the view from inside the hotel to the outside was beautiful.

The hotel staff is great, very helpful.

It was fine and good for a typical budget hotel since Jambi doesn't have much. Thus, this one is just OK, not too far from the airport (not international, but it's the only one they have here). Also, since Jambi isn't a tourist destination, so the hotels here (budget and non-budget) are just for transit and rest. Nothing's special yet it is in good condition and functional.
