Hotel staff is friendly, check-in and check-out is very easy.

The bathroom lockset needs to be changed.

The room needs to be maintained again, especially the bathroom.

With the price, I think it's worth it to stay here. Better than most budget hotels.

The hotel staff during the check-in date were not customer friendly, the staff also collected a deposit from the guest, while full payment was made via card.

Check-in 1/2 hour can't stay inside. Staff unfriendly. Whole floor full with smoking smell. Noise (Got sound every 5min in room) If you stay here you need to listen not only road noisy sound. Bedsheet look like clean but unclean actually be careful to your skin.

The room, cleanliness & location was great. But the sound of air conditioner kind of loud & disturbing even I've changed to other room. Maybe all the room face the same problem. Perhaps could fixed on that issues.

1. The air conditioner has dripping water 2. There is no direct cupboard to hang clothes 3. The plug is not enough, to cook water you have to turn off the TV switch. 4. At least provide a dressing table for people to get ready. 5. There is no trash can in the bathroom 6. There is no tissue box directly in the room, at least provide the basic necessities

The hotel is ok, clean, but the security features are still lacking, there is no extra room door lock, the plug point near the bottom of the desk does not work. Fast wifi, strategic location.

Unfriendly staff (when late checked in). The rest looked unprofessional. The facilities are old, The location is pretty remote and challenging to reach.

The hotel has a lot of parking lot. Curry Kepala Ikan just across the street. Receptionist is very polite and helpful.

Room not properly maintain. Not worth the price.

We took the super deluxe room and the beds had bed bugs. We had very bad bed bugs bites

Strategic location. My son really loved it environment. Everything was fine. Calm place.

Fast check in and checkout. Room condition can be improve. Overall ok for short stay.

Even the room size is small, but it is super clean and comfortable for my small family (2 adults, 1 kids & 1 infants)...staff is also friendly.. Recommended for anyone who want a comfort hotel with affordable price. Thank you :)

I loved the room but I hate that the aircond is not working properly.
