Second time staying at The Suite. But yesterday I was unlucky, I got a room that was not comfortable in my opinion. The bathroom was dirty, the bed in room 1 felt really perrr and there was a wire sticking out on the edge. It was very dangerous, luckily no one hit my child yesterday. Please replace this unfit bed. The bolster pillows can be laundered so they don't smell. Even though I changed the cover, the smell was still there so wear a mask while sleeping🙏

Oh my God, the rooms are dirty, they are all broken to the point where I don't even want to sit down. I even asked to move units but none of them are good. Are the rooms maintained or not? If they are like that, I don't think any guests will feel at home. Hopefully this will be an evaluation for the management.

The toilet is full of worms. The room is not maintained.

Separate bedroom and living room, spacious bed and comfortable mattress.

Cleanliness is lacking. Very less comfort.

The mattress makes the face red spots. The water in the bucket has lots of mosquito larvae. Most importantly, be careful with the glass. The glass is 2-way, if you get 2-way glass, ask for an exchange or not cover it with whatever is there.

The a16. 10 is good. The c16.10 is not clean, entering the room the sheets are dirty, the floor is sticky dirty, the room electricity has died twice.

For a low budget, it's okay, it's a shame it's not well maintained, you have to choose the room because I got the smell of cigarettes and then asked to exchange, got a decent room so far so good.

Got poor and uncomfortable facilities.

The staff actually friendly but the place is too dirty, it was not clean.

From rooms that are not suitable, not clean and the air conditioner is leaking.

I am very happy because the room facilities are very satisfying.

Strategic locations everywhere around Bandung are easy to reach, the apartment that we got was very clean, we really need to pay attention to the air conditioning too, so that the comfort is better.

Cleanliness is poorly maintained, the room or hallway smells of cigarettes. For the facilities in the Suraj room, it is according to the price.

It doesn't match the photo and there are lots of cockroaches.

Dirty room, bad furniture and facility, so many trashes on balcony.
