Booked a room for 2 adults and 3 children, but when we checked in, the bed was only 1.6m, not enough for 3 people. The first day we checked in, the floor was still wet, the next day, the hotel did not clean the room. Food and drink were ok.

Regarding the booking information, the hotel would like to clarify as follows:
Your booking booked 2 Deluxe rooms. This room type is for a maximum of 2 people and 2 children (from 1-5 years old). The price you paid is applicable for 2 rooms with a maximum of 4 adults, excluding extra beds.
Regarding the room hygiene issue, the hotel would like to take note and will check with the housekeeping department to improve in the future.

The staff is enthusiastic, however the hotel has a swimming pool upstairs so when people finish bathing and go downstairs, the water line is quite wet.

Regarding the wet floor condition on the floors due to guests using the swimming pool moving back and forth, the hotel would like to take note and coordinate with the housekeeping department to increase inspection and cleaning more frequently to ensure hygiene and safety for guests during their stay.

The receptionist was so cute, she went down to the alley to guide me and then carried my huge suitcase up for me :))) clean room, central location. The lobby was cool and the price was ok. I almost forgot that the receptionist also took good care of the guests ❤️ I booked 3 rooms. The picture I uploaded is of the super room category, not deluxe, but I like it.

The reception staff are extremely cute and support customers quickly. The room is fragrant, new, beautiful, and clean. Good WiFi. Walking distance to 2/4 Square is only about 1km. Recommend to book, everyone.

I was dramatically disappointed with the reality of accommodations in this hotel. However, the service of this hotel was terrible too. I had to do all stuffs by myself like arrange the bikes, etc. So I never get back there again for sure. Thanks.
