The hotel's location is strategically located near nearby restaurants and tourist attractions, and the staff is friendly. I booked a room for three people, so we had to go outside to shower, but the bathroom was fine and clean. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ipoh. It was a great experience.

Everything's okay. The lady was nice, she explained everything until we understand and she helped us book for the second day but unfortunately in the end we couldn't stay for another night because we couldn't get the earliest train tickets so we checked out in the evening

Perfect stay in Ban Loong Hotel during my visit to Ipoh. I choose front view room. The owner is super kind. Room is clean. The location also nearby the famous Ipoh Station, coffee shop and mural alley.

Excellent service and good ambiance!

Strategic location. Dekaat with the train station, Plan B, the world's first oldtown coffee, concubine lane, and other places in the center of the old city of ipoh. The service is quite good. This hotel only consists of 10 rooms. For rooms 1 & 2 under the close to the lounge to sit around. While the other rooms are above and can only pass stairs to get to it. The bathroom is quite clean. Standard towels and toiletries are provided. The floors and walls are unique and seem vintage. It could be the original shape of the building like that. There is a dispenser to refill drinking water which can be hot or cold water. In the room also provided sachet coffee, delicious ipoh coffee. If you want to get the room cleaned, you have to leave it before 12 noon. Because the maid who cleans her room can only reach that much. But if you want more coffee every day, just say so to the receptionist. The hotel feels more like a family. Don't forget to deposit RM50 which will be returned at checkout and pay tourist tax of RM10 / night

The place is really cool. Very close to the breakfast area. Near Kopitiam Nam Heong, which is really good, near the station too, near the mural area, it's just about everywhere. You can just walk everything. For the convenience of this room, the rooms are really spacious. The bathroom is outside but the bathroom is very clean. The industrial interior is gone. Many photo spots ranging from rooms to eating places. The air conditioner is cold. Everything works fine. There is also a telephone so you can also connect to other rooms if you have friends staying in another room. There is a clothes hanger. The subject is neat clean. Very comfortable really recommended. Try it if you clean Ipoh.

This hotel is center of city. You can go anywhere by walk or by grab car. Clean and also love the decoration simple but yet nice.

The room is very clean the first time we come there. The staffs also very kind and friendly they helped us for opening the front door. The restroom or toilet is very clean and they help us to clean our room if we ask them, if we don't they won't disturb your room, I think it's good because you sometimes need privacy for your room. The place also near to some famous foods to try in ipoh, ipoh mural and some chines foods places. Overall the experience staying there is very pleasing.

Perfect! The rooms are clean, the staff are all nice, very helpful, the bathrooms are fragrant, the interior is instagramable, the location is strategic. This hotel only has 9 rooms, so it feels private and calm, he said, which has a renovation of the building of his great-grandmother's heritage, become a kind of heritage, and everything is well guarded! Very nice hotel. The room was clean and nice decorated. The shared bathroom was nice and clean too. The location was good, near Concubine lane and Plan B. I will suggest this hotel to my friend when they come to Ipoh.

I stayed in Ban Loong Hotel for three nights. I found the shared bathroom very clean. No single day the shared bathroom was dirty. The bedroom wasn't that big but enough for two people and still comfortable for us. The staffs were friendly and gave useful information. One thing to note that the hotel is located in Ipoh old town and this area is like a deserted area after 7.00 pm. The hotel receptionist once told us to not walking around the old town after 7.00 pm. If you wanna go out at night, take taxi or grab a car. For me, this situation isn't much a problem because I enjoyed the quite ambience.

Excellent hotel, good mix of old world and modern amenities - the staff are top class and helpful which made the stay all the more wonderful.
