The room has no TV, and the door lock is broken.

The staff were friendly and enthusiastic. The prices were reasonable, the view was beautiful, it was close to the beach, and there was a swimming pool, bathtub, and car rental service. The downsides were that the rooms were a bit run-down, there was still standing water on the bathroom floor, the old TV wasn't working, and the soundproofing was poor.

If you book a room with a sea view, it's okay; considering the price, it's fine, don't expect too much. The hotel is old, so the toilets are old and very yellow, feeling quite dirty. The curtains are all detached and fall off easily. But since I travel a lot and just want to enjoy the view, I found it acceptable.

The rooms were nice and clean. My room had a city view with mountains in the background, which was also very beautiful. I only rented it for a few hours because I forgot to book an extra day in my old room, but the service and rooms here were much better. Although it's far from the shopping center, it's quiet and still has a sea view, and you can still go to the beach for swimming. Next time I'll stay longer at Lenid.

I've stayed here many times. The rooms are clean, have a nice view, and there's ample parking. It's close to the beach and the royal palace. There's no food available.

The staff were good, but the location is a bit far from the center, so if your family wants to explore the northern part of the island, you should book a room here for one night to be closer to the sights. The rooms have beautiful sea views, and the beach is just across the road, but there are relatively few swimmers because we were told that swimming in this area is not recommended.

It was a terrible experience because I lost some items. I left behind a set of clothes including a t-shirt and a skirt. The staff didn't report the lost items at checkout. When I realized it, I checked with the hotel to request them back. The day before, they said the staff would find them and return them the next day. The next day, they said the t-shirt was missing, and only the skirt remained, even though the receptionist had shown me a picture in the inventory that showed both the t-shirt and skirt were complete. The hotel offered compensation, but some items can be replaced simply by buying replacements.

Affordable prices, amazing sea view, and the staff here are very friendly.

The hotel is located right in front of a clean but rather quiet beach, suitable for a relaxing getaway as it's far from the city center! Therefore, getting around is a bit inconvenient! There are also fewer food options nearby! I booked for two nights, requested room cleaning, and while I was out, they only changed the towels in the afternoon. The bathroom was overflowing with water and dirty, and the floor was poorly cleaned and covered in damp stains! The hairdryer was also broken.

I've stayed here many times. There's parking in front of the hotel, and it's opposite the beach, so it's close to Hon Chong beach if you want to go swimming. It's also not too far from the city center. The rooms are exactly as pictured, clean and odorless. The reception staff are very helpful.
