The staff was friendly. The hotel was comfortable, with spacious rooms for the price, and close to tourist attractions. The food was delicious, and there were snacks in the evening. The only downside was that the pool was dirty, so I couldn't swim.

The experience of staying at La Oma, the first impression of the staff is very friendly, from the security guard, receptionist, other employees, the sauna and jacuzzi section, all of them are very helpful and make you feel comfortable every time you meet them, they always greet you and smile, the room is also comfortable according to everyone's request and clean. The breakfast buffet is available from 7 am, the food is also delicious, if you have a child's breakfast, you have to add 75 thousand, the pizza is also delicious at the restaurant, the plus point is there are snacks at night and the moment for New Year is really good, serene, peaceful and calming, the sauna and jacuzzi also make you relax, super recommendation. will definitely come back here again another time, thank you La Oma.

what a wonderful experience🌟🌟🌟 the hotel is great the rooms are spacious (didn't have time to take a photo), complete facilities, gazebo/saung, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, even there is a trampoline, swing, seesaw for children. at night there is a campfire & free snacks (fried food) + coffee/tea drinks. the yard is very spacious the view is nice for chilling while drinking coffee. definitely will come back here soon with the big family😂🫰🫰

This is an older hotel, so if you have high expectations, you might want to avoid this one. My experience was quite pleasant. 1. The room was quite good, spacious, had air conditioning, a small refrigerator, condiments (but only tea), and an electric kettle. The bed was clean and fragrant. The towels were also clean and fragrant. 2. The bathroom was decent, although the tiled tiles might seem a bit off (they look dirty, but that's actually the pattern). There was a water heater. 3. The breakfast was a bit unique. On weekdays, choose the breakfast package. On weekends, it's a buffet. > The buffet on Saturday was a bit unprepared because many of the items were sold out and not refilled quickly. I had to wait about 15 minutes for them to be refilled, and even then, one by one, not all at once. 4. The food was delicious. There was a wide variety. 5. You get fried snacks every night from 7 p.m. onwards. They're delivered to your room on weekdays, and on weekends, they're a buffet.

A truly beautiful hidden gem that not many people know about. I even extended my stay because I really felt at home. I got evening snacks, an extra bed including evening snacks and breakfast for only Rp200,000. Close to The Great Asia Afrika, Farm House Lembang, Lembang Floating Market, Mini Mania, and souvenir shops. Everything felt perfect. My room was the cheapest but the service was excellent. All the staff were like family. Basically, if you want to explore Lembang's tourist attractions, just stay here. The food is all delicious. It's surprising how few people know about it, even though the view is so beautiful. The kids can play on the trampoline, etc. Swimming is also fun.

It's great, next time I'll stay at La Oma again.

The place is comfortable, cool and the air is clean. The distance between the road to the hotel is quite far, that's why the noise is not heard from the room. The ambiance of the room is like an old-school hotel, yellowish lights but clean and comfortable. Amenities are not that complete, only given a toothbrush and toothpaste.

Staying with family during the 2025 Chinese New Year holiday, the lighting in the room was lacking so it felt scary, I got a room at the back, the staff was less responsive, there was no drinking water and glasses in the room, the food was less varied

Came when it was quiet but was well served. The atmosphere was calm. The outdoor area was interesting. Too bad there was no hot water pool. But staying here felt comfortable
