Excellent service, very strategic location.

Comfortable, clean, close to everywhere, the downside is there is no lift, there are stairs

old building, the service was not nice. we did not get clear information regarding fasility of the room.

Hotel yang sangat bersih & staff yang ramah. Lokasi yang strategis. Penuh dengan restaurant-restaurant dan pub. Tapi sayang, hotel tidak dilengkapi dengan lift, sehingga menyulitkan kalau membawa koper-koper besar.

this is a perfect hotel to stay at georgetown, penang, malaysia. they have a great location, very very friendly staff, and great design. very clean and neat, the breakfast taste great also.
