The hotel's location is on the roadside, so you can hear a bit of traffic noise. But overall, it's still okay. It's not too noisy, and it's close to Cimory Dairyland. While the air isn't as cool as in Puncak, the air conditioning in the room is very cool. The kids enjoyed swimming without worrying about getting cold. I chose the triple room.

I've stayed here several times, and I highly recommend it. The food is delicious, and the location is strategic, very close to the main road. There's a playground, so it's safe if you bring kids. The pool is also clean. The only downside is that the bathroom sink drain leaks. Otherwise, everything is fine.

The hotel's location is very strategic, close to the main road. However, there's no soap or shampoo; only toothpaste and a toothbrush are provided. The refrigerator is flooded with water. The air conditioning isn't cold enough for a family room. The food isn't very varied. The staff is friendly, and the room is clean.

The bedsheets were dusty. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. The noise from the room above was beyond the control of the hotel staff. The instant noodles I ordered were flavorless and lacked seasoning. Sorry, this is for improving customer service.

The location is very strategic, heading towards Puncak and right on the side of the road, so it's easy to find and convenient to access. There's also a food stall next to the hotel, so if you need food or small necessities, you don't have to go far. The facilities are quite complete, including a swimming pool for relaxing with the family. The restaurant is also delicious, with a sufficient selection of food and satisfying taste. Overall, this hotel is comfortable for transit or a short staycation in the Puncak area. 👍

I often overdo it when I want to go to this hotel because the hotel nameplate is quite small 😅. During breakfast, large plates for eating are rationed, so if you want to eat something else, use a coaster 😅. Never mind, that's all. Other than that, the room is really spacious. Oh yeah, I chose a room with a refrigerator. If the access card is removed from the contact in the room, the electricity automatically goes off, the refrigerator also turns off, so the refrigerator starts from zero again 😔, waiting for it to cool down again, it really takes a long time.. 😔😔😔

The hotel is very comfortable. The rooms are large, clean, and smell great, as is the bathroom. And best of all, the swimming pool is large and clean. It made my husband, my children, and I very happy. It made me feel at home, and I want to stay here again next time. The staff are also very friendly, thank you 🙏☺️

The room is spacious, with a 120-square-foot single bed, still comfortable for two thin people. The hotel's location is on a busy roadside, with some noisy traffic, but the hotel is easily accessible.
