The restaurant's atmosphere is very nice with mountain views and a large swimming pool, very comfortable for children to play in the water.

The staff service is very good, the room quality is very clean and tidy 👍🏻

The hotel was comfortable, okay. I stayed in a family room. The only issue was the cleanliness behind the bed. There were lots of small ants. There was one strange incident. My 14-year-old son, while we were still at the pool, had finished swimming, so he went to the room first to shower. When he got to the room, he repeatedly tapped the card, but it wouldn't open. It took a while before he could open it. Then he went to the bathroom. After showering, he wanted to wear his beanie. But when he looked in the mirror, he didn't think it fit, so he put it around the bed and went back to the pool. After that, we all went back to the room, and strangely, the beanie was gone. All our belongings were safe, only the beanie was missing. I reported it to the receptionist. I'm okay with it, it's just strange. How could a beanie be missing in the room? All my other belongings—phone, tablet, wallet, etc.—were safe, but the beanie was missing. Hopefully, this mystery can be solved. Besides, it was a pleasant stay, even if the food wasn't great.

The security and all the hotel staff were friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. The views were beautiful, and the swimming pool was spacious. And the food was also varied. Overall, I was so happy staying at BKT. Thank you, BKT, and may it continue to thrive.

Overall, it's okay. However, on the second floor leading to the rooms, there are many poorly maintained and unused spaces that could be tidied up. The rooftop view is beautiful, with a panoramic view of the mountains. Breakfast is so-so, the taste is good, but the variety could be improved. The gardens could be better maintained to make them more beautiful. The items on the balcony after the renovation could be tidied up. Thank you.

I don't regret staying here; the hotel is absolutely gorgeous. It's very clean and far from the hustle and bustle of the city. There's a library, gym, and karaoke room. The staff is incredibly friendly, and best of all, the hotel is senior-friendly. Absolutely top-notch.

In terms of location, there is no traffic jam, the road to the location is comfortable, the environment is comfortable, only the swimming pool is a bit far from the room location, the food is ok, the staff are friendly & helpful... I'm happy to be able to stay here

When I bought the food, it tasted good, but the breakfast was just so-so. The room was clean and fragrant. The service was good. The swimming pool was clean and spacious and there was a hot spring. The view from the top of the restaurant was good.

Friendly staff, clean, fragrant, comfortable room, nice view, mountains everywhere... The kids felt at home and didn't want to go home, everything was okay.. The swimming pool was okay, breakfast was okay... Next time I want to come here again because it's that comfortable.. And the bonus is that it's very close to Kopi Nako Kebon Djati...

Access to the hotel is very easy, the route is not congested via Summarecon Bogor, it is also close to popular cafes such as Kopi Nako and Pasir Angin, the service is good and responsive, the facilities are all okay 🥰

Responsive staff, spacious room, narrow bed, TV doesn't work at all 😩. Very quiet. Food is also À la carte, but why does it say the cost of food for children 6 years and above 😄

The hotel is quite comfortable and clean, the staff is also friendly. Need to be improved again to check the condition of the furniture in the room (such as the sofa), the taste of the breakfast menu should be improved again, the swimming pool facilities are better next time, it can be separated specifically for hotel guests and other visitors, the food at the pool cafe is delicious.... next time definitely come here again 😊😊
