It was a lovely one bedroom apartment with a private pool and killer sunset views. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to town but coming back is a challenge. If you do not walk, prepare to spend 10-15$ each way. Even then, some of the taxis will not go up to the highest apartment as the hills are too steep. My wife's fitbit said she walked the equivalent of 1.5 Empire State buildings in stairs..... (she would not ride the motorbike up the steep hills) We loved the pool and views. Creature comforts were just OK. If you want to be out of the town and the madness once the crowds return, this is one to consider.

Beautiful villa - complete luxury for not too high a price. ONLY negative would be the wifi signal was poor - but it’s ok because everything else was perfect

Fantastic views over Koh Tao. Peaceful location. Clean and very private villa with clean pool. However difficult very steep access to villa via road. The ac only worked in one room at a time which meant that the bedroom and living area could not be cooled together. Very friendly helpful staff especially Nicie. Perfect villa for young couples.

An amazing Villa in an amazing island. There isn't any negative feedback about it. From easy bike rental from the Villa itself to Moka coffee pot. Definitely will be returning again. Easy access to beaches and food nearby with a per entry gym right below. Another important feedback will be, I'm naturally sensitive to "negative" energies and far most to be dead honest this Villa is filled with positive energies and zero negatives. Being super clean. Thanks alot to the beautiful 3 ladies, the team for accommodating us.

The view never gets old!! Whether it be Waking up to it or watching the sun set over the view it’s just perfect. Probably the reason it’s our second time back. Can’t rate it enough and the hosts Dan and A simply can’t do enough for you.

Our stay at Koh Tao Heights far outreaches any expectations. The staff was phenomenal, the room was amazing, and the overall experience was amazing. I would highly recommend!!

This place is majestic. We had to extend our trip as it was so beautiful. You would be paying a few thousand a night if this was in most other European country's. The views are amazing, staff are awesome. Do yourself a favor and stay here for a few nights..

What a wonderful find in Koh Tao. Hidden up high, away from the noise of the streets and bars, and with an incredible view of the sea. The private villa was divine - spacious, comfortable, all needed amenities, great A/C, private outdoor area with hammock and pool, overlooking the Gulf of Thailand. Property staff including A., Dan, and Dillon were friendly and very helpful. A. helped us to arrange laundry, excursions, and return ferry tickets. The food delivery service was very easy. Taxis to/from town cost 200 Baht, which is no problem given the rewards of staying in this secluded portion of a lovely tropical island.

Beautiful villa with pool and an amazing view over Sairee Beach area. The villa is up a set of very steep roads / steps. We hired a scooter for 250Baht per day to get us up the first half - the second half is too steep for riding with two Westerners on-board :) 'A' (the staff member who assists) was very helpful. The first rundown of the villa was way too fast (not much was explained) as there was obviously more guests coming she needed to see to, but nothing was hard to work out anyway. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

Honest review. Everything about this place looks amazing. The villas are brand new looking. Extremely clean. Pool is pristine. Service from staff was amazing. Ferry pick up and drop off. Ferry ticket bookings, a free cellphone to use to call restaurants and taxis. Now with all things considered it did have three hiccups. With privacy comes distance. Up on the hill do not expect to walk. Taxis or scooter rides only. The hike up a mountain is annoying. However this comes with the territory of being private. Now this second one bothered us a bit. Full disclosure, Koh Tao has power issues since it is such a small island. So we expected some power issues. However when our villa was shorting out... a few others had power. There was only 1 island wide power outage over the course of the weekend. The other shortages were during rain when more then a few neighbors had power. The circuit breaker was going. We were told no two ACs on at once... however we only had the fridge plugged in. Nothing else on the whole villa was on and it was still shorting. This happened every single time it rained hard. Since its wet season it would be all night. No charging our stuff at night, no AC in the bedroom, and no enjoying the tv, movies, and stereo (provided for rainy nights) Not sure if it was our breaker or an issue with the island. However with that happening, the quality of the villa outways feelings on no power. Still 4-5 stars hands down.

Can't speak highly enough of this place. Was on a bit of a tour with just two nights at each location. That generally suits me and I easily tire of a place, however, I could have happily stayed here a week or even longer. Everything you need an a superb view of the bay. The caretaker is an English bloke, Dan, who couldn't have been more helpful. Will go again.

Stayed here for 2 nights while diving in Koh Tao May 2016. It was our favorite place to stay in Thailand. The view is amazing and the villa is just as nice. Very well designed with beautiful bathroom and decorations. We had an infinity pool to cool off in, sun chairs to tan on, and a nice couch and hammock in the shade for when it got a little too hot. The staff was very attentive and helpful. We were provided with a cell phone to make local calls for preferred taxis, emergencies, restaurants, asking the staff for their assistance. In terms of dining there is no restaurant but we were provided with menus of popular places that delivered right to our door. This place is perfect for a couple looking to have a nice getaway that is a little quieter and very relaxing.

This place was so cool! We had a private infinity pool which i'm pretty sure was available with every rental unit. The staff was very professional and super helpful getting us set up with activities. Plus, all the staff we engaged with spoke fluent english which was rare for the island. They even provide you with a Thai Cell Phone upon arrival for making local calls which was very helpful when organizing excursions. I highly recommend this place for trips to Koh Tao.
