I called an hour before check-in, but when I arrived, the hotel was unprepared. The receptionist gave me the first room, which was completely unclean. Then they changed me to a second room, which was also unclean. After that, they asked me to wait 10 minutes, then took me to a third room, which was very poorly cleaned and the bedsheets were still covered in hair, pet fur, and the smell of the previous guest. I asked the receptionist to change the sheets for me. Furthermore, there was no hot water for showering. Teacups and saucers were still upside down in the bathroom, and there were no towels. In short, it was late at night, so I had no choice but to stay overnight, but this is a terrible hotel!

Had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was dirty and dusty. The towels were covered in spider webs. The floor was full of sand and hair as if it had not been cleaned. The room was stuffy. The fan could not be turned on. The worst thing was that they did not support early check-in. Check-in 30 minutes early required an additional charge of 50% of the room rate. I will never return to this hotel. Everyone should consider carefully when booking.

The room had dirty cups even though it was said to have been thoroughly cleaned. The wardrobe had a moldy spot and was blocked by a dressing table that was difficult to open. One side of the wardrobe had a broken handle. The room was 22 square meters but it was actually not enough, very cramped. It took more than 2 hours to check in. Booked through traveloka, but could only stay on the ground floor, super noisy, no soundproofing, everyone walking back and forth could hear it. In addition, the group of guests sitting outside laughing and talking was enough to hear. Couldn't rest. The shower in the toilet was broken, couldn't be used, the hot water heater only worked for a while. The dryer was super old. Didn't dare use it for fear of burning it The magnetic lock was broken, had to use a mechanical lock. For the price of 600k, it was really expensive. I'm very disappointed in Traveloka for choosing such a bad hotel to advertise to customers.
