Clean, but the environment outside the room is not as nice and comfortable as in the photos.

I stayed here for 2 days. It's under a big renovation. There is dust everywhere. No announcement or whatsoever. I also can't rest since there is a lot of noise because of renovation. The room is quite spacious and it's close to the city center.

The location is somewhat hidden (down a small alley) but relatively easy to find. It's near a major road (Gatot Subroto) and the inner-city toll road, and close to the national television station. From the upstairs rooms, you can hear the sounds of crowds. The rooms are quite spacious and clean, with a nice design.

The front of the hotel is currently under renovation. As you enter the reception area, you'll pass through a cluttered area filled with sand, debris, and rooms that are being demolished. The rooms are quite clean, with clean bathrooms, hot showers, and good Wi-Fi, but the TV only offers three channels from the TransTV group.

Some parts of the hotel are being renovated. However, the room that I stayed in was clean enough and nice.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. They even helped me carry my suitcase to the front of the alley after checking out. The location is strategic, close to everything. The busway stop is also nearby. Thank you very much.

Disappointed with the facilities and condition. There was no notification that the accommodation was undergoing renovations. The place was messy, noisy, and there were many handymen staying next to the guest rooms. It severely disrupted privacy. There were no bathroom amenities (especially toothbrushes and toothpaste), etc.

The AC works well, the TV only has a few channels and the bathroom is not very clean.

There's no hot water, the paint on the walls is peeling, the mattress is itchy, the Wi-Fi doesn't work.

Was my 2nd stay, got a smaller room and the AC was a bit old and dirty. The room also had some parts that got neglected, there was dust and cigarette ash despite it being a non-smoking room.

Was a nice stay, felt like at home. Would be better if they actually provide complete toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste, and more soap, because I guess mine had no more than 20-30ml of soap.

Clean and comfortable rooms, close to food vendors, strategic location.

I've stayed here many times, besides being close to the office, it's also a comfortable place.

Very clean. The AC works well. The downside: the mattress creaks and sinks when you put weight on it. The blanket is small. There are no toiletries, just towels. The staff is very informative and helpful.

If you're using a taxi, the driver might have some difficulty in locating the place since it's a bit hidden: Beside the entry gate of the office tower, there's a small alley, it will be the first gate you see. Staff was friendly and accomodating. You can call the place to arrange late check in outside of listed check in hours. The room is clean but a bit small, and there's only 1 electrical outlet available on mine, so it needs to be taken into consideration. All in all, a nice staying place that won't break your wallet.
