The service is excellent, I think it's because the Duty Manager is willing to go out into the field to greet customers. Delicious food. Strategic location. Comfortable rooms. So far, it's in the top three hotels in Yogyakarta.

Everything's fine. Just a suggestion: if possible, bicycles could be included in one of the hotel's guest facilities for sports activities in Yogyakarta, and they should be free. Thanks.

As usual, I'm never disappointed when I visit here. This is one hotel in Yogyakarta that I'll always return to. In every aspect, I think this hotel is still excellent, from the professional staff, the friendliness, the cleanliness, the facilities, to the food, which never fails. What I like most is the composition of the showerhead's water flow, which is just right on the skin, comfortable, and strong. Good.

I've been interested in this hotel for a long time because of its location on the ring road. The initial impression was luxurious, with a 24-hour swimming pool and spacious rooms, but unfortunately, an unpleasant incident occurred after just my first stay. There were two baby cockroaches roaming around in the bathroom. We immediately killed the first one and were reluctant to report it because it was late at night, so we decided not to extend our stay. When we checked out and reported the situation, the receptionist only apologized. In terms of service and cleanliness, it was still inferior to the hotel next door.
