My first stay here and highly recommended. A wonderful hotel with excellent breakfast and attentive service. Check-in and check-out were seamless. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return.

Friendly staff, quite varied food.

It was a pleasant stay. The hotel staff was friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable. However, the complimentary fruit selection in the rooms could be improved, as the oranges were quite bland considering this is a 5 star hotel. The tables around the pool were also wet from the rain the night before, making it less comfortable to enjoy a coffee. Hopefully, this can be improved.

Friendly staff, delicious food, location connected to Pakuwon Mall.

It was nice spending Chinese New Year here! My kid was so excited to watch the barongsai attraction. Apparently, they held a kind of Chinese New Year dinner and everyone was wearing red. We enjoyed the pool; it has some splash from the shallow pool, so I can observe my kid from afar without being worried. Best staycation so far!

Traffic to enter hotel... Maybe it was the start of a long holiday. It took me 2 hours to get to the hotel from the ring road.

The room was large and clean. The service was top-notch, with all the staff helpful and top-notch. Unfortunately, when ordering a la carte dinner at the restaurant, the cooking time was incredibly long. The laksa and oxtail soup took about 40 minutes to prepare.

The hotel staff was very friendly, but our stay was filled with goose down pillows that had an unpleasant odor. We asked for a foam pillow, and thankfully, the staff was responsive and exchanged it. Thank you.
