Strategic location from tourist center

Staying at the Mustika Sari Hotel is like visiting grandma's house. The rooms are classic, old-fashioned, but very clean. The beds are comfortable, clean, and the toilets are clean and quite modern, with a flushing toilet and shower. There's also a water heater. The water flows smoothly and is warm, safe. However, there's no AC or fan, so it's already cold. The amenities in my room were twin beds, and the single bed was quite large. It's comfortable for parents with two small children. There's a classic wooden wardrobe. In front of the room are two chairs and a table for relaxing. There's also a flat-screen TV. It was quite late when I arrived. The parking lot was still empty, enough for a few cars. The receptionist was a super friendly gentleman who quickly provided hot tea and a thermos of hot water. In the morning, we got hot tea and toast.. great, right?.. with a fairly cheap price, we got a lot.. what is certain is that comfort during rest is what is needed, because yesterday we had a long trip from Jogja to Batu Malang.. 👍

The hot water in the family room F26 above wasn't working properly. The water turned off (while it was being used) before check-out, and it seems to be limited. Otherwise, the service was good and reliable. Welcome drinks were afternoon and morning tea. Overall, nice.

The room was clean and tidy, it felt like staying at my grandmother's house, the staff was friendly, it was close to the main road, and if you want to find food, there's a minimart about 200-300 meters away. The mountain view in front of the hotel is really beautiful. Thank you.

If the price is that much, it's quite good for just resting.

Although the building is old, it's well-maintained. The place is clean and the price is reasonable. You also get free hot tea and bread in the morning.

The lady was friendly, when I ordered I chose the wrong room. I was given the option to change rooms but it only cost a little more.

This is my second time staying here when traveling to Batu.. The place is homey, feels like grandma's house.. So it brings back childhood memories.. The room is clean.. The toilet is also clean.. Don't forget that a welcome drink (hot tea) and snacks for breakfast (hot tea and toast) are always provided.. Guaranteed you won't regret staying here, cheap.. Clean.. Homey.. Thank you 🙏

The check-in process is fast, the room is clean, the water is normal, hot water is provided in a thermos + tea sugar, breakfast is provided with tea + bread, with an affordable price, it is highly recommended to stay here.

For a hotel at this price, it's really worth it for transit and rest.

My experience staying here was an interesting hotel because it's old-fashioned but still clean and the building is well-maintained. The cleanliness is good. Upon arrival, we were given a welcome drink of hot tea, and the next morning we were given hot tea and toast around 7:00 AM. Check-in and check-out were also easy and flexible. The staff were friendly, and the location is strategic, close to natural attractions, cafes, and also close to street food and staples. The entrance is only about 50 meters, so it's close and easy to reach, and there's no traffic noise. Recommended, with affordable prices but comfort remains a priority. Thank you, Mustika Hotel.

Nice and comfortable place to rest near the stone square

The hotel staff was very friendly, and despite being an older building, the service was excellent. It was absolutely fantastic.

Nice place, easy to find food even though there is no AC/fan, the room is still very cold. Definitely recommended, sometime I will stay there again. Close to Selecta tourism, Batu town square to Jatim Park is only 13 minutes.

Recommended for the low price, clean rooms and bathrooms, and suitable for families.

the service at the hotel is quite satisfying starting from the staff, the room atmosphere, and the atmosphere around the hotel. for the morning you can get bread and warm tea even though it is not listed in the hotel service. just a suggestion please improve the cleanliness overall it is very satisfying :)

With this price, it's really worth it. Rent a family room with 3 double beds that can fit 6 people. Not to mention there is a complete sofa. Then there is hot water. Get toast in the morning and hot tea. Get drinking water too

Staying here with family is very enjoyable, the price is very very cheap and access to everywhere is close, it is not difficult to find food! Just leave the hotel and there are many culinary choices, it is very cool in this hotel
